Gunther specializes in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and business succession planning. He advises individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries on the development and implementation of estate plans designed to address wealth preservation, business succession, and the orderly transfer of assets to future generations.
Gunther regularly prepares and implements comprehensive estate plans, including wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Additionally, his background in corporate and real estate law allows him to evaluate how company ownership and a real property portfolio should coordinate with a client’s estate plan.
Gunther also assists clients with probate administrations, including advising them on the required court documents and process, identifying and collecting estate assets, handling creditor claims, managing fiduciary responsibilities, and distributing assets to beneficiaries.
Outside the office, Gunther can be found on the pickleball court with his wife and daughter or traveling with family.
