Eido M. Walny earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2001, where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Boston University International Law Journal. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with honors, from The University of Chicago.
Eido’s legal practice centers on estate planning, asset protection, business succession, probate, and trust administration. He is also experienced in business, tax, and real estate law. He founded Walny Legal Group in 2011, committed to delivering high-level legal care paired with exceptional client service.
He advises clients on protecting multi-generational wealth—drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and strategies to reduce tax burdens, preserve assets, and avoid creditor risk. His work also includes business succession planning, non-probate transfers, trust and probate administration, and guardianship preparation.
