Eido Walny Honored as a “Wealth Advisor With Heart” by WealthManagement.com

When the editorial team for WealthManagement.com launched its “Wealth Advisors with Heart” series, Eido Walny, founder of Walny Legal Group LLC, was featured for his extraordinary pro bono work assisting Holocaust survivors in recovering lost assets.

While attending college, Walny took on a case involving Swiss bank accounts seized during World War II. That effort evolved into a five-year mission to reclaim assets for his own family. This personal experience inspired him to extend similar help to others through pro bono legal support.

In his ongoing humanitarian efforts, Walny now serves as the Milwaukee-area representative for Bet Tzedek, a nonprofit offering reparations assistance. As WealthManagement.com notes:

“Typically, there’s a social worker who has a client with ‘a story.’ They come to me, and I listen. … When these calls come in, I stop what I’m doing and, if nothing else, I listen to them.”

Beyond this work, Walny is deeply involved with the Froedtert Hospital President’s Advisory Council—a role he’s maintained since 2009—providing strategic insight on charitable giving and community involvement.

His feature in WealthManagement.com highlights his dual commitment: providing high-level legal counsel to clients while dedicating time, empathy, and resources to meaningful causes.
