Abigail is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and her practice areas consist of estate planning, probate, trust administration, business succession and asset protection planning. Her practice involves preparing estate and business planning documents such as wills, revocable trusts, marital property agreements, powers of attorney, HIPAA waivers, special needs trusts, LLC operating agreements and real estate transfer documents. She also represents personal representatives in probate administrations and trustees in private trust administrations. Additionally, she has been published in the NAEPC Journal of Estate and Tax Planning

  •       Recognized as one of “Milwaukee’s Finest” by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
  •       Graduated magna cum laude (top 10%) from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
  •       Received Order of the Coif recognition for academic excellence in law school.
  •       Received Oral Advocacy honors in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition.
  •       Served on the Executive Board for the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition.
  •       Served as an Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Journal.
  •       Served as Dean’s Writing Fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Department at Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
  •       Graduated summa cum laude from Carthage College and was inducted into the Alpha Chi national honors society.
  •       Played four years of collegiate volleyball at Carthage College, earning the Scholar Athlete Award (x2), COSIDA Academic All District Team Award (x2), and was named Female Scholar Athlete of the Year.
