Nicole M. Beitzinger is an associate attorney with Walny Legal Group, LLC, in Milwaukee. She focuses her practice in estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, and guardianship. As part of her estate planning practice, she prepares and implements estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, marital property agreements, powers of attorney, HIPAA waivers, irrevocable grantor trusts, and life insurance trusts. Her elder law and guardianship practice focuses on long-term care planning, Medicaid (Title XIX) asset protecting planning, special needs planning, and adult guardianships.
Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Editing, Writing, & Media, cum laude, and a Graduate Certificate in Publishing & Editing from Florida State University. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
While in law school, Nicole was President of the Estate Planning Society and an associate editor for the Marquette Law Review. She was also a member of the Pro Bono Society and frequently volunteered with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic’s Estate Planning Clinic.
